International Peace Day

Organised by: Maharishi School of Humanities (MUIT Lucknow Campus) in association with IQAC
Objective: The Maharishi School of Humanities (MUIT Lucknow Campus), in association with IQAC, organized the celebration of International Peace Day 2025 on Monday, September 22, 2025. The event, centred around the theme “Peace for Prosperity,” was designed to inspire students to reflect on the values of peace, harmony, and collective well-being through creative expression.

Event Details: The International Peace Day celebration unfolded with great enthusiasm and artistic spirit. Students actively participated in a Poster Presentation Competition on the theme “Peace for Prosperity.” The event aimed to foster awareness about the importance of peace as a cornerstone for global progress and sustainable prosperity. The students showcased their creativity and vision through thought-provoking and visually captivating posters. Each presentation reflected a unique perspective, combining aesthetics with meaningful messages that underscored the need for peace in today’s world.
The posters of Ayushi Bhardwaj, Swarnima Shukla, Mahi Bhalla, Saniya Saeed, and Asmita Rastogi stood out for their originality and depth. Their work received special appreciation from the jury members and was rewarded with tokens of appreciation setting an inspiring example for their peers. The event provided a valuable platform for students to engage with global peace ideals and channel their creative energies towards constructive expression.
Students’ Feedback: Participants expressed that the event not only enhanced their awareness about peace but also encouraged them to creatively contribute to social harmony. Positive feedback and thoughtful suggestions reaffirmed the importance of such activities in shaping socially responsible individuals.
