Welkome Fiesta 2025 – Fresher’s Party

Objective: Welkome Fiesta, 08-10-2025, organised by Maharishi School Pharmaceutical Sciences.  The objective of the event was to warmly welcome the new students of the Maharishi School of Pharmaceutical Sciences and to help them integrate into the academic and cultural environment of the institution through a celebration filled with fun, enthusiasm, and interaction.

Participating Students: All students of MSOPS, MUIT Lucknow Campus

Event Details: The Welkome Fiesta 2025 – Fresher’s Party commenced with the auspicious lamp-lighting ceremony, symbolizing the removal of darkness and the beginning of knowledge and positivity, followed by a graceful Ganesh Vandana that set a divine and serene tone for the celebration. The gathering was addressed by Dr. Pavan Kumar, Dean, Maharishi School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, who shared inspiring words, motivating students to pursue their academic journey with passion, discipline, and dedication. The event featured a lively lineup of performances including dance, music, poetry recitations, and a dazzling ramp walk, showcasing the remarkable talent and enthusiasm of the students. The fresher rounds added excitement, providing the new students an opportunity to introduce themselves and display their confidence and creativity. The celebration concluded with an energetic musical session and the much-awaited Crowning Ceremony, where the titles of Mr. and Miss Fresher were awarded to Ms. Anshika Srivastava and Mr. Prince Gupta, respectively, from B. Pharm 1^st Sem, and Ms. Tanya Gupta and Mr. Vinayak Gupta, respectively, from D. Pharm1^st Year, making the day a joyful and memorable beginning to the new academic year.

Students’ Feedback: Students appreciated the warm welcome, the organization of the event, and the opportunity to showcase their talents. The freshers expressed gratitude for being part of such a lively and inclusive celebration that helped them feel at home in the MUIT environment.

The school also appreciates the efforts of event coordinators Mrs. Ankita Mishra and Mr. Aman Agrahari, all faculty members, organizing committee, proctorial team, senior students, and administrative and technical staff for their active involvement in making Welkome Fiesta 2025 – Fresher’s Party a grand success. Their dedication ensured smooth coordination, vibrant performances, and a warm welcome for the new batch, creating joyful and unforgettable memories for all participants.
