The event aimed specifically to inspire the audience towards establishing their own Udyog by connecting them with the conceptual, financial, and procedural aspects of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) and its support mechanisms.

Participating Students: students of Management and Commerce dept.

Event Details: The session started with traditional lamp lighting ceremony marking the inauguration of the event. Following the inauguration, the guest speakers were formally felicitated with a patka and a memento by the Dean Academics, Dean MSOBM, Deputy Dean MSOBM, and organizing faculty members expressing the university's deep gratitude. Subsequently, Upayukt Udyog, Mr Manoj Chaurasia took the stage and delivered a session detailing the historical context, explaining how Mahatma Gandhi started Khadi as a movement for self-reliance, before moving into the technical aspects of the Khadi business and its modern-day social, economic, and ecological benefits. Following this, Agrani Bank Manager (BOI), Mr Manish Pathak provided essential knowledge on the financial ecosystem, available bank loan schemes, specifically focusing on easy access to business loans designed for Khadi and other village industries under government initiatives. After that District Khadi Udyog Officer, Mr Avdhesh Kumar Gautam; ADO, Mr Satish Chandra Gupta; and ADO, Mr Hemant Kumar focused on practical application, outlining the diverse business opportunities available under the scheme and detailing the specific eligibility criteria and procedural steps for students and aspiring entrepreneurs to start their ventures. The Q&A session was highly engaging and interactive, providing a crucial platform for the speakers to connect directly with the students, addressing their specific queries and viewpoints. The event concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by the Dean MSOBM, Dr. Sandhya Sinha, expressing gratitude to the guests, speakers, faculty, and participating students for making the awareness session impactful. The entire program flow was expertly coordinated by Dr. Sapan Asthana, who served as the anchor for the event.
