Alumni Connect 2025 – Series 1.7

Objective: The Alumni Cell of Maharishi University of Information Technology, Lucknow Campus, in association with IQAC, organized Alumni Connect 2025 – Series 1.7 on 30th October 2025. The objective of this initiative was to connect students with successful alumni who could share their professional journeys and inspire them towards goal-oriented personal and career development. The theme of the session was “Mentoring – Bridging Dreams to Reality.”

Participating Students: B.A. and M.A. students

Event Details: The session featured Miss Anjali Mishra (M.A. Sociology, 2022–2024), currently serving as Career Specialist, HCL TechBee in Government Schools, IDream Career UP Pankh Portal. In her engaging and insightful talk, Ms. Mishra highlighted the transformative power of mentorship in turning aspirations into achievements. She emphasized that Bridging Dreams to Reality means turning your hopes into real goals by staying clear, seeking guidance, and working steadily.” Through real-life experiences, she motivated students to cultivate clarity, confidence, and perseverance while facing academic and professional challenges. Her address encouraged them to view mentorship as a vital process of learning, growth, and self-discovery.

The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Rupam Singh, Dean, Maharishi School of Humanities. Dr. Ram Prakash Dixit, Deputy Dean, proposed the vote of thanks. The event was convened by Dr. Manoj Kumar Singh, Convener, Alumni Cell, MUIT Lucknow Campus.

Students’ feedback: Students expressed that the session was highly inspiring and motivational. They appreciated the alumna’s practical insights on self-belief, mentorship, and perseverance, and acknowledged that such interactive sessions will help them align their academic goals with real-world aspirations.
