Objective and Description

MSW is a 2 year (4 semesters) post graduate level academic as well as professional course that prepares students for higher level social work practices with its in depth and advanced knowledge in the area of social work, focusing on right and justice based approach. It offers field work training along with theoretical knowledge. After completion of MSW program, students are able to serve the society at an individual, group and community level in a pure scientific manner. They also learn empathy management. During the program, the students get to regularly upgrade their knowledge and develop their skills, insights as well as understandings toward the professional solutions of an individual and social problem with excellence. With these competencies they can get employment in specific areas in the public as well as the private sectors. They also get opportunities to work at national and international levels.
