    *For Duo and Group Dance only one student of the duo or group should fill the form.

    • The Duo and Group can include students from different Departments/ Schools.
    • One student can participate in any one category only.
    • There will be prizes and certificates for winners and Runner-Ups & Participation Certificates for every participating student.
