Lecture on G20 Awareness Program
“Role of India in the World Economic Forum”
In the context of creating G-20 awareness and to celebrate the India’s presidency in G20 summit, a lecture was organized at Maharishi University of Information Technology (Lucknow campus) on 9th February, 2023, on the topic “Role of India in the World Economic Forum”.
Dean Academics (Lucknow campus), Dr. Sapan Asthana and Deputy Dean Academics (Lucknow campus) Dr. Vijay Srivastava, delivered the lectures. In his lecture, Dr. Asthana highlighted the importance of Indian cultural values in global economic agenda. Dr. Vijay Srivastava expressed his views over the challenges, opportunities and sustainable ideas behind G20 summit. Mr. Mukesh Kumar Pandey proposed the vote of thanks. The event was moderated by Mr. Manoj Kumar Singh (Assistant Professor Department of Hindi, MSOHA).
At the end of the event, the results of a ‘Rangoli Contest’ organized in the same context, a day before, were also announced and the winners were awarded Certificate of Appreciation.
The program was attended by the faculty member and students of all schools of Lucknow campus. The event was successfully organized under the guidance of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor and Registrar of the University.
